Shipping & Returns Policy

At PRT Performance (Paradigm Racing & Technology), we want to ensure your orders arrive quickly and safely. Please review our shipping, damage, and return policies below before placing your order.

📦 Shipping & Delivery Policies

  • Carrier & Signatures: All products are shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or Freight. A signature is required upon delivery for all shipments from our facility. Manufacturer-direct shipments may vary. If you cannot sign for your package, you can arrange to pick it up at a local carrier facility.
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 48 hours to process and ship in-stock orders. Out-of-stock or special-order items will take longer. If your order is time-sensitive, please call us directly to confirm availability and prevent delays.
  • Fulfillment: To ensure fast delivery, we drop-ship most orders directly from authorized supplier locations, while select orders ship from our main facility.
  • Shipping Rates: Checkout rates are calculated via integrated shipping software based on estimated weight and do not always account for package dimensions. If an error occurs in your shipping quote, or if your package exceeds standard limits, we will contact you with an updated rate.
  • Undeliverable Shipments: If a package is returned to PRT Performance or the manufacturer because it could not be delivered or signed for, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs plus a 30% restocking fee if you choose not to have the item reshipped.

🚨 Damaged Shipments

If a product arrives damaged, you must take immediate action to protect your right to a refund or replacement. Failure to follow these steps may result in a denied claim:

  1. Contact Us Immediately: Notify PRT Performance within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  2. Report to Carrier: File a damage report with the shipping carrier immediately.
  3. Save Packaging: Keep the damaged product inside its original box and packaging material.
  4. Document Everything: Make a detailed list of all damaged or missing items.

Note: PRT Performance will coordinate with the carrier to schedule a pickup if necessary. DO NOT ship items back to the return address without prior written approval from us. Replacements or credits are only issued after the damaged item is received and inspected.

🔄 Cancellation & Return Policy

  • Shipped Orders: Once an order leaves our facility or a supplier’s warehouse, it cannot be canceled and will be treated as a return.
  • Unwanted Items: Unused items in brand-new condition with original packaging may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. In some cases, we may offer a reduced restocking fee if you choose to take the balance as store credit.
  • Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of modification, installation, or alteration. Shipping charges are non-refundable in both directions unless explicitly approved by PRT Performance. No returns are accepted after 30 days.
  • Incorrect Orders: If we accidentally process or ship the wrong item, we will evaluate the situation, arrange for the return shipping, and send out a replacement.

⚠️ Special Order & Custom Items

  • Deposits: Special order or custom-built items tailored to your specific vehicle generally require a deposit or payment in full.
  • No Cancellations or Returns: Once you agree to the order and the deposit is processed, the deposit becomes strictly non-refundable. Special order and custom items cannot be canceled, returned, or resold. Please thoroughly review your invoice or order form for accuracy before finalizing your purchase.

🌐 International Shipping

  • Customs & Fees: International orders are not processed automatically and may require additional verification. Buyers are entirely responsible for all customs fees, import duties, broker fees, and local taxes.
  • Refused Shipments: Any costs resulting from a refusal to import a product will be billed to the buyer. PRT Performance does not refund shipping charges under any circumstances. We do not cover any external expenses related to product installation or labor.

💳 Store Credit & Memos

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment. If the original payment method is unavailable, a refund check will be mailed to your address on file.onverted from terms assigned, ie credit card payment to cash etc. All cash payments will be refunded via check.

Expiration: Credit memos issued by PRT Performance are valid as store credit for 12 months from the date of issue.

Warranty & Liability Disclaimer
PRT Performance sells both street and off-road competition performance parts. Many aftermarket parts are covered exclusively by the original manufacturer’s warranty. PRT Performance makes no independent warranties, express or implied, regarding aftermarket components.

Due to the extreme nature of high-performance driving, racing, and vehicle modification, PRT Performance is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to person or property resulting from the use, installation, or misuse of any product sold or installed. Performance modifications may void your vehicle’s factory warranty and may not be legal for street use in all areas. The buyer assumes all risk and liability associated with vehicle modification. Labor costs for part removal, re-installation, or vehicle downtime are never covered by PRT Performance.
